The VFTC course leads participants through a four-week, hands-on training experience. You will learn how to design and deliver powerful, high impact virtual training enhanced with interactive and engaging activities. The course includes:
- Three synchronous facilitated webinars (4.5 hours)
- Collaborative, self-paced assignments at the NetSpeed Fast Tracks™ website (12 – 20 hours)
- A private coaching session to prepare for each participant's trainback (45 minutes)
- Peer to peer learning through trainback presentations (6 hours)
- A copy of Great Webinars by Cynthia Clay
A NetSpeed Master Trainer provides feedback on your assignments, models effective facilitation practices, and provides detailed feedback on your 20-minute trainback.
