Virtual Producer Course

Every virtual facilitator needs a capable virtual producer

A strong producer frees the facilitator to focus on the learners' experience, not the technology.

Do you want to equip producers (hosts) to troubleshoot common issues that crop up in web training events? Do you want to prepare producers to support virtual facilitators skillfully? Would you love to increase the number of seamless virtual events your organization offers?

Most organizations have now discovered the necessity of delivering effective virtual learning events in hybrid and virtual workplaces. Virtual trainers have probably experienced the pitfalls of trying to fly solo without a producer. Logistical and technical issues can bog down the virtual learning experience, preventing the facilitator from delivering an interactive, engaging web training course.

A skilled virtual producer (host) performs a critical role by supporting the virtual facilitator behind the scenes, managing the technology that can sometimes distract from the learning experience and freeing the facilitator to focus on the content and the learners’ needs.
