Web Conference Essentials™: Developing Virtual Facilitation Skills

This course helps participants learn practical tips and techniques on how to deliver engaging web conference training in a way that ensures successful learning transfer.  Designed to give participants an experiential overview of the best practices used in engaging, interactive virtual learning, our Web Conference Essentials webinar training program includes a series of three highly interactive 60-90 minute demonstration webinars.  Participants will experience a variety of facilitation techniques and approaches, complete take away exercise samples, and have the chance to apply their new concepts to an on-the-job project .  For a small additional fee, a Master Trainer will observe their next webinar delivery and provide written feedback on its effectiveness.

Our Web Conference Essentials (WCE) program is ideal for trainers and organizations that need to quickly assimilate the essential practices for effective virtual facilitation. Sessions are offered through Adobe Connect Pro and provided once per week for three consecutive weeks.  The program includes approximately two hours of homework in support of the webinar classroom sessions.  Access to the Internet and email are required.

Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Develop creative applications using web conference interaction tools
  • Deliver engaging, interactive web training
  • Apply techniques to repurpose classroom training for web conference delivery
