Introducing NetSpeed Nuggetsâ„¢

These 30-minute virtual sessions are designed to explore one or two key strategies or techniques for better virtual training and virtual leadership in the hybrid workplace.

The first session focuses on the challenges presented when delivering virtual training in a hybrid setting. The easiest way to deliver a hybrid program may not be the best way to ensure that all participants succeed. Putting co-located participants together in a room while beaming in the virtual participants may be easy to do but it minimizes the experience of virtual participants. All hybrid learning is not great hybrid learning. Join us to explore the AIDS model (Attend, Include, Direct, Support) and how it can support you in meeting the needs of participants in multiple locations.

Session Objectives

By the conclusion of this 30-minute virtual session, you will be able to:

  • Apply the AIDS model to your virtual training or hybrid team meeting experiences
  • Ensure that all participants learn, connect, and grow in an inclusive learning environment

Please note: Attendance will be limited to the first 100 participants who sign in. The session will be recorded.

Who Should Attend

This session has been designed for:

  • Talent Development who want to improve the hybrid learning experience
  • HR Directors and Learning & Development professionals tasked with developing skills in virtual or hybrid training sessions
