Over the last 23 years, Cynthia Clay, President of NetSpeed Learning Solutions, has trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of emerging leaders at companies like Blistex, REI, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Valero Energy. Clients in dozens of industries -- from manufacturing, retail, and banking to entertainment, high tech and healthcare -- have benefited from her extensive experience and innovative learning strategies.

Ms. Clay is a recognized expert in the field of integrating classroom and e-learning experiences for the most effective and lasting training results. To capitalize on the power of online technology to enhance and track the classroom learning experience, she developed the NetSpeed Leadership system in 2000. In 2006, the company introduced Blazing Service, an exciting and engaging new customer service training program that also employs the NetSpeed Leadership blended learning systems approach.

Leo Brodie designed and built the functionality of NetSpeed Fast Tracks and NetSpeed Learning Center. He is responsible for software development projects and integration with third-party software applications.

Leo has been active in software development as a programmer, writer, analyst, and manager since 1980, and has written three books on computer programming. Leo holds a BA degree from UCLA, and previously worked for Microsoft, RealNetworks, and CapitalStream, Inc.

Working from the ground floor up with our Virtual Facilitator Trainer Certification course, as well as our Virtual Host Course, Lisa supports our client's success through facilitating, coaching, and training. Lisa holds NetSpeed Learning's Master Host/Producer role in support of our international/national virtual delivery teams.

Before joining NetSpeed Learning Solutions, Matt worked in operations and logistics for a number of companies and nonprofits, introducing new technology, managing internal projects, and planning events.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Sherry holds a BS in Marketing. She earned her MBA from Marquette University, with a concentration in organizational design and international business.

Tim Jones is a Senior Learning Consultant for NetSpeed Learning Solutions. He is a veteran senior-level management executive whose extensive knowledge on the subject of leadership effectiveness and team building comes from over 20 years of management in corporate America.

Tim has worked with NetSpeed Learning Solutions in various roles and assignments since 2001. Over the years, Tim has been responsible for directing the sales and marketing operations at companies in the publishing, high tech, talent development, and internet sectors. He has trained, coached, and mentored several hundred employees and managers in these fast-paced organizations.

Tim is a past President of Sales & Marketing Executives (SME) of Seattle, and past Chairman of The Distinguished Sales & Marketing Awards of Puget Sound. He holds a BA degree in Communications from the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA in Marketing and a Juris Doctor from Ohio State University.

Claire Kraft is a sales and marketing professional with 30 years experience managing both government and commercial enterprise accounts. Prior to joining NetSpeed Learning Solutions, Claire was the VP of Strategic Services for MediaForce, LLC where she was responsible for client services and account strategy, partner and new business development and marketing support. Claire's national account sales experience includes tenure with Verizon Wireless, AT&T, AT&T Mobility and T-Mobile. She has developed a detailed understanding of the telecommunications industry and was responsible for wireless voice and data solutions to the U.S. Army, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Health and Human Services and other Federal Departments and Private Sector Organizations. A graduate of Gettysburg College, Claire holds a BA in Sociology.

Helene graduated from Rutgers University with a BA. She is originally from South Korea and has also lived in Africa and Europe before moving to the Seattle area in 1991.

Kassy LaBorie is a speaker, instructional designer, classroom facilitator, and author who specializes in technology, leadership, and learning. Kassy is passionate about helping organizations, learning teams, and training professionals successfully move to the virtual environment. In her previous role at Dale Carnegie Training, she was the director of virtual training services. Prior to that role, she was an independent master virtual trainer, a Microsoft software trainer, and a senior trainer at WebEx, where she helped build and deliver training at the WebEx University.

Kassy is the co-author of Interact and Engage! 50+ Activities for Virtual Training, Meetings, and Webinars. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including the Online Learning Conference, Chief Learning Officer symposiums, The Virtual Learning Show, ATD TechKnowledge and ATD International Conference. Kassy also served on the Proposal Advisory Committee for the ATD International Conference & Exposition for 2016 and 2017, selecting the speaker proposals for the Learning Technologies track of the conference.

Kassy graduated from San Francisco State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communication. Today, she resides in Western New York, having settled in beautiful, and yes, snowy, Rochester in 2013.

When Deanna isn't facilitating or consulting, you can find her teaching piano, voice, ukulele and performance or writing, directing and performing with a musical theater company she founded in Portland, Oregon. She's a lyric soprano with a 3+ octave range and loves cheesecake almost as much as she loves singing.
