NetSpeed Leadership provides the following module to help managers and employees communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively in their written business communications:

In this module you will learn how to:
  • Use strategies to help readers respond quickly and easily
  • Organize information to meet the needs of high-speed readers
  • Use tools to produce effective quick-read documents


3 hours of in-person classroom instruction or 90 minutes of web conference instruction, followed by a series of web-based reinforcement tools.

Purpose of this module:

To produce documents that are easy for high-speed readers to scan, understand, and act on quickly and efficiently. In the era of the Internet and email, most employees receive far more information than ever before. This module gives concrete techniques for how to make sure your email and other written communications stand out, are understood and get the timely response you need.

Our Blended Approach to Management and Professional Skills Training

Each NetSpeed Leadership module begins with a three-hour classroom session, led by a certified NetSpeed facilitator (either an external trainer or an internal trainer who has been certified to deliver the course). Each class is followed by a series of online reinforcement tools to reinforce, extend and apply the learning to actual on-the-job challenges. Finally, NetSpeed Leadership provides a web-based measurement tool so your training manager can track and evaluate the impact of the training on employee performance.
