NetSpeed Leadership provides the following module to help improve managers. ability to effectively delegate work and ensure that it gets done by the right person in the right way:

In this module you will learn how to:
  • Specify what work to delegate and why
  • Choose the right person to delegate to
  • Use a model for successful delegation
  • Identify your delegation strengths and weaknesses and minimize the latter

Length:

3 hours of in-person classroom instruction or 90 minutes of web conference instruction, followed by a series of web-based reinforcement tools.

Purpose of this module:

To help you use delegation as a powerful tool for achieving results and developing people. A key to any manager's success and productivity is prioritization and effective delegation and ensuring that the right people are working on the right things. This course will help you master the critical skill of effective delegation.

Our Blended Approach to Management and Professional Skills Training

Each NetSpeed Leadership module begins with a three-hour classroom session, led by a certified NetSpeed facilitator (either an external trainer or an internal trainer who has been certified to deliver the course). Each class is followed by a series of online reinforcement tools to reinforce, extend and apply the learning to actual on-the-job challenges. Finally, NetSpeed Leadership provides a web-based measurement tool so your training manager can track and evaluate the impact of the training on employee performance.
