Women Presidents Organization

The WPO is a non-profit membership organization for women presidents of multimillion-dollar companies.of multimillion-dollar companies. Members of the WPO take part in professionally-facilitated peer advisory groups in order to coax the 'genius out of the group' and grow their businesses to the next level. The WPO is headquartered in New York City and currently boasts over 80 active chapters and over 1500 members across the United States and Canada.  Cynthia Clay, the president of NetSpeed Learning Solutions, has been a long-time member of this powerful group of women business leaders.  

American Society for Training and Development

ASTD (American Society for Training & Development) is the world's largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. ASTD's members come from more than 100 countries and connect locally in more than 130 U.S. chapters with more than 30 international partners. NetSpeed Learning Solutions has been a National Member for 20 years. President Cynthia Clay is a frequent speaker at the annual International Conference and is a regular contributor in regional ASTD chapter meetings in the Pacific Northwest and other US regions, in person and over the web.

ISA (The Association of Learning Providers)

ISA is the only association devoted exclusively to the issues and needs of executives in the training industry. NetSpeed Learning Solutions is one of only 65 ISA member training providers with revenue from $500,000 to $91 million. NetSpeed Learning Solutions President Cynthia Clay serves on the Program Committee to enhance the virtual learning programs offered to members. NetSpeed Learning Solutions has also donated the use of NetSpeed Fast Tracks™ , NetSpeed Learning Solutions' proprietary learning management platform, so that ISA can use it as their own branded learning platform. NetSpeed Learning Solutions creates content for the association as well.
